Mr Giansanti runs, with his mother and three brothers, farms in Rome, Viterbo and Parma with an innovative and high-technology approach and a strong specialization in cereals, corn, cow’s and sheep’s milk, and kiwifruit. Mr Giansanti is a producer of Parmigiano Reggiano, and a supplier of high-quality milk for the dairy Centrale del latte di Roma. Since 2017, he has been President of Confagricoltura and since 2020 Vice-President of Copa. He has been involved in Confagricoltura activities first at local and then at national level. He has been President of Confagricoltura Rome, then Vice President of Confagricoltura Lazio and VP of Confagricoltura Nazionale Board of Directors (national level) He has been appointed Member of Board in many agricultural private and public bodies such as ANBI, (National Association on water management), Chamber of Commerce of Rome, Ente Nazionale per la Meccanizzazione (National Institute for Farming Mechanization).

In particular, Mr Giansanti is a producer of Parmigiano Reggiano, and a supplier of high-quality milk for the dairy processor Centrale del latte di Roma.
