Under the supervision of the Communication & IT Director, you will:

Intranet development and management

• Maintain and update the intranet (central hub for EU agriculture information).


• Coordinate new modules with external IT consultants.



Hardware management

• Maintain internet/server connections and internal network cabling.


• Manage computers, printers, mobile phones, and AV equipment (distribution, repairs, maintenance).


• Oversee meeting room setups (on-site and online), troubleshooting, and provider contacts.


• Configure workstations, accounts, and access badges.



Software management

• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures.


• Install and configure software on staff devices.


• Provide technical assistance.



CRM/ERP Management

• Manage user access.


• Contribute to the design and rollout of new features.


• Organise workshops, onboarding sessions, and user guides to help colleagues adopt IT tools.


• Act as a point of contact for GDPR-related questions (in coordination with legal/management).



Database management

• Review and streamline databases.


• Support transition to advanced mass mailing options.


• Assist colleagues with sub-databases.



Strategic IT development & coordination

• Monitor emerging IT tools and propose solutions to improve internal workflows and member engagement.


• Ensure coherence of IT systems with the organisation’s long-term digital strategy.


• Prepare budgets and liaise with providers for IT services and equipment.


• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers.

• Proven experience as IT Coordinator/Manager in a professional organisation or SME


• Degree in IT/project management or equivalent professional experience


• Strong problem-solving mindset, proactive and self-motivated


• Knowledge of CRM/ERP tools, mass mailing platforms, and/or HTML/CSS


• Pedagogical approach, diplomatic, organised, flexible, and willing to go the extra mile


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively


• Excellent written and spoken English (knowledge of French or other EU languages is an asset)

• A full time contract (CDI) under Belgian legislation
