Under the supervision of the Communication Director, you will:
- Collaborating with the Communication team and all other relevant departments in Copa-Cogeca on the approach, development, production, and implementation of projects.
- Creating on demand and proposing graphics (infographics, videos, posters, leaflets, banners, etc.) for publications and outreach material, including social media.
- Managing Copa-Cogeca’s printing machines and ensuring that workflow requests are delivered on time and to a professional standard.
- Acting as the contact person with contractors for maintenance and external print (banners, goodies, etc.).
- Assisting the Copa Cogeca Communication team in developing and maintaining new web-based platforms.

- Experience working in a variety of mediums and formats, with a curiosity for learning more.
- Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills, as well as an advanced understanding of how your work fits into the organisation’s global vision and goals.
- The drive to produce high-level graphic design to create memorable, compelling, and effective work.
- Excellent typography skills and an innate sense of hierarchy, priority, and layout.
- Strong presentation and production skills, willing to operate at every level of a project from strategy to production work.
- Ownership of your work and schedule, consistently delivering against tight deadlines and managing your time effectively.
Requirements:
- A level of education attested by a diploma in Information Systems, Digital Design or a related qualification.
- Strong knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (or comparable design software).
- Experience with Premiere and After Effects (or comparable animation/video software) is a plus.
- Knowledge of website CMS is a plus.
- Experience with digital printing principles, including calibration methods, paper grading, etc.
- Experience using general printing-related machinery such as cutters, guillotines, electronic plotters, heat press binding machines, etc.
- A good portfolio of engaging, strategic, print and digital work.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects on tight deadlines and quickly adjust when directions shift.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Knowledge of Corporate Communication at the EU level is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional EU languages are an advantage.
