Internship: Congress and Event Coordination Intern (April - October)
To support the preparation of our upcoming congress in October , we are looking for a motivated Congress Planning and Coordination Intern to join our team for a 7-month internship.
About the Role
The intern will support the planning and delivery of our international congress, working closely with the event management task force. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event administration, organisation, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Support the logistical preparation of the congress (venue coordination, registration, travel)
Assist with speaker and participant invitations and management
Help coordinate communication with partners, suppliers, and service providers
Support the preparation of event materials (programmes, presentations, briefing notes)
Assist with website updates, registration platforms, and participant communication
Provide support during the congress • Assist with post-event follow-up and reporting
Profile
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in event management, communications, business, international relations...
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good knowledge of MS Office
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages are an asset)
Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn

Intern – Trade and International Aspects
We are seeking a highly motivated intern to support the work of the Senior Policy Advisor on Trade and International Aspects. The internship is offered for a minimum duration of three months, with a strong preference for six months, in order to ensure meaningful involvement in ongoing policy work and a rewarding learning experience.
About the Role
The intern will be closely involved in day-to-day policy activities, gaining hands-on experience in the Brussels policy environment and exposure to real-time EU decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting analysis of EU trade and international policy developments, including bilateral and multilateral trade relations
Contributing to work on trade-related aspects of agriculture and agri-food policy
Assisting with policy research, briefings, and background notes
Taking part in meetings, preparing summaries, presentations, and input for meetings and events
Supporting the preparation of trade related events/conferences
Profile
Recent graduate or final-year student in economics, business, international relations, EU studies, or a related discipline
Interest in EU policymaking and international affairs
Demonstrated interest in trade policy, international cooperation and agriculture
Strong analytical and research skills
Excellent written and spoken English. Additional EU languages are an asset
