Introduction


MICKAËL MARCEROU is a farmer in the region of Ariège, located in the south of France, where he's been running the family farm with his associate for 17 years (2006). They rear beef cattle, 160 LSU of Gasconne des Pyrénées on a 310 hectare farm, including 60 hectare of arable land, and 250 hectare of meadows. They also have an employee. As a cooperative member, Mickaël delivers 100% of his production to his cooperative ARTERRIS.
